Jade Property Consultants, a Bangalore-based real estate advisory firm, needed a brand that felt credible, premium and contemporary, while also establishing a distinct identity within the real estate space. We built the visual language around the name itself, using the form and symbolism of jade as the starting point for the identity.
Initial Ideas
The initial exploration focused on finding a visual balance between property, architecture and the meaning behind the name, Jade.
Different geometric constructions and building forms were considered, with the final direction emerging from the idea of making the gemstone and architecture feel like a single inseparable symbol rather than two separate visual cues.
This led to the sharp, faceted mark that became the foundation for the entire identity system.
The Final Output
The core idea was to combine two strong visual references - a jade gemstone and a modern building - into one cohesive mark.
The outer form takes inspiration from the sharp, geometric facets of a cut jade stone, while the building inside follows the same angular structure so that both elements feel naturally integrated rather than simply placed together.
The building is shown in perspective, adding depth and dimension while reinforcing the architectural character of the identity.
Jade is traditionally associated with prosperity, value and good fortune, making it particularly relevant for a business centred around property and investment decisions.
